Interpretation
The inscriptions on this page include references to Palazzo Reale, a 17th century Baroque palace in Naples, Serra di Cassano, an 18th century palace in Naples, and the Church of Santo Spirito in Florence.
Purchased by the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University, from Geoffrey Steele (antiquarian bookseller, c.1907-2000) from his bookshop at RFD 1, Mahopac, New York, in 1946 for $6.00.
