Thomas Gainsborough (1727-1788) 'Mrs Mary Robinson' ('Perdita'), Circa 1781, The Wallace Collection
Aert (Arnout) van der Neer (1603/4-1677) 'Canal Scene by Moonlight', Circa 1645-50, The Wallace Collection
Adriaen van Ostade (1610-1685), 'Interior with Peasants', 1663 (includes a child crying), The Wallace Collection
Jan Steen (1625/6-1679), 'The Harpsichord Lesson', late 1660s, The Wallace Collection
