Left of sheet: full-length, nude study for the male and female figures in the painting 'Wedded' (c.1881-82, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney). Right of sheet: full-length study for the male and female figures in the painting 'Wedded' (c.1881-82, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney), this time in classical dress, very similar to the finished work.
