Overview

Run by Kensington and Chelsea Council's Conferencing and Events Team, these large, spacious, and exquisitely decorated rooms are the perfect setting for large ceremonies or your reception.

These rooms are not part of the register office and are the same as a licensed venue such as a hotel.  If you are interested in holding your ceremony in the Main Hall or Small Hall, in addition to the fees charged by the venue for your ceremony, you will also need to pay the fees for registrars to attend. The capacity for the Main Hall is up to 340, and the capacity for the Small Hall is up to 140.

To check availability, enquire about pricing and to book the rooms you should email the Conferencing and Events Team at [email protected] or contact their department on 020 7361 2220. Once they’ve confirmed availability and you have booked and accepted their fee you can book the registrars. The fees for the registrars are separate from the Conference and Events room hire costs.
