View of a garden. A rectangular shaped horizontal pond is at the centre of the canvas. In the background, the pond extends to the archway of a domed building. A row of continuous foliage archways runs the length of the pond on the right side of the canvas. Between the archways there are various green grasses and shrubs. One single foliage archway crosses the middle of the canvas. In the foreground a young female figure is dressed in drapery. The figure is looking over her shoulder at two peacocks that follow her.
