"Bite Size" Learning

"Bite Size" Learning is a way for teams to ensure that safeguarding children issues remain on their agenda.

Sometimes staff are aware of a particular issue but how they engage with clientele doesn't illicit the information required.

The guides below use short scenario-based learning to give managers a way to explore how staff engage with clientele.

By helping you explore a topic you may have limited experience of they should help increase knowledge and possibly highlight training needs.

They are user friendly and avoid the use of jargon, and could be given to staff after the exercise so that they can do further research.
