Dear Madam,
It is not in the power of the President of the R Acdy (Royal Academy) to give free passes to the Exhibition in the month of June. A certain number are sent by the P[residen]t and Council to South Kensington for distribution amongst the affiliated schools of which the respective heads then give them to such students as they think most fit.
