I won't hear of your increasing your subscription knowing what you have told me; it would be too absurd! Everybody knows that you are as generous as Haroun Al Raschid. I shall have no sort of difficulty in getting what I still want for removal of monument - & if I had I can very easily - & should at once - make up the difference myself.
