During my stay in Peterbourgh I had an pooprtunity to learn: that Hab-chirugus Kodetsky is going to be head surgeon at the Hospital Sevastopol , while your excellency was pleased to declare: that there was no place for my being removed to, I dare say that is they very vacancy, I made you mention several times and where I thought to be truly happy under your parental protection;- now i must loose it for ever, and reamin in Kronstadt to lament for the cause of my misfortunes -
