That very the same thoughts - deserved and reward had been appointed - until now not only not reconpensed neither repolyed for what reason I am disregarded? Serving in ore rang almost eight years.
Secondly, of the 23 January 1813 year Chief Commander of the black fee dice Admiral T[-] for my most zealous service and more (that) I have attendend The sicks Tureks prisoners residing at Hikoland without any reward, represented me to the Marin Minister; and your excellency by permission of the Same Minister to Sir Takilord answered: that [-] for rewarding me by an rang exhibited to the Committee of Ministers and this likewise without any persontion or regard it is stopt. Thus it is rightful for me to explain my just pretence to your excellency attention.
By this reason I having not any Patron existing, your patronage as of my chief commander and benefactor I humbly pray you to be so condescendaent to me as to have regard to my truest request, and according your humantiy well knwon to anyboy to employ. Your excellency kind protection, by which means waht I have deferred and without most injury loose, might return and consequently you would give me that comfort wich serves for encouragement and zeal of the governments service. Recommending to your great protection I dare to beseech your excellency to be so kind to me as to send me one oword of your opinion upon this utmost interest for one sbject.
