Admiral Grough has [-] me to write to your excellency and beg favour of you to order four drachma of the best molihic orientalic to be sent to him;
His disorder, he says, is known to you, and by my observations found to be vertigo eadmio nervosa; He had tried different things of the antisposmadical kind as had et Tricture Valerianre, Gum; asfe jocvide, athen ful phunion etc for a consideral time without the least effect, except now and then a ghost temporary relief; Temporary to say that the admiral at first, contrary to my advice , took - and repeatedly very large doses of the husse and then sulphinieur, by which he hurt his constitution considerably; However at last I succeeeded to presuade him of the dangers of such a [-] Nethode; about his his Weens ago he began by my advice to take his grains of musk with 30 dropes of Tincher: Cartozen twice a day, demonishing the dose by degree and since that time he finds himself extremely well and never had a fit of giddness or swimming in his head; I find however he can not take less than three grains of musk a day, beasued taking two grans twice a day he finds himself quite unwell. I should be very happy if you should favour me with your opinion on and good advice uopn this subject - I have the honour of remaing with the utmost respect
