Description | The central figure of a standing bear wearing a sash hung with the emblem of the Dove of peace raises a toast to the seated figure of 'EUROPA'. The bear clutches a sheet of paper headed 'Further demands of China' behind its back. Lying to the right of the bear on a seat is a sickle and a helmet surmounted by a double headed eagle. |
