| Description | A sketch depicting a busy ship’s deck; the back of a sailor is depicted on the right whilst another appears to be sleeping in front of the door down to the cabin and at the end of the ship three more are at work. The sailors all wear the same uniform including sailor hats with a bobble. There are small rowing boats on either side of the deck and numerous ropes going up to the mast. |
