Description | An Arab leader, with a long beard, turban, Turkish slippers and curved sword holds his hand up to a [Germanic] devil figure who points to an image of female figure with ‘HOUR OF POWER.PEACE.PROSPERITY’ emblazoned across her harem trousers. She is drawn with the devil’s quill and is contained in a sun-like circle emitting rays through billowing clouds as if he is luring the Arab gentleman into a Faustian pact. An oriental table with papers on sits centrally between the two men. |
