One is King Edward VII (1841-1910) smoking a cigar while reclining on a deck chair that bears the Russian insignia of a double headed eagle, to his left stands the Tsar Nicholas II (1868-1918) leaning on the railings and smoking a cigarette. Both are attired in naval dress. |
