Description | Within the location of a barrack campsite, Prime Minister Arthur Balfour (1848-1930) lets loose a hound dog with a collar lettered 'ROYAL COMMISSION' that sniffs at the words 'ARMY CONTRACT SCANDAL' on the ground. In the background looking on stands the Secretary of State for India, St John Brodrick (1856-1942) and the Secretary of State for War H.O. Arnold-Forster (1855-1909). All figures are attired in country dress. |
