Thanks for card for Founder's Feast. Our Election was perfect. It went off splendidly. I consider Leighton quite an ideal President - learned, eloquent, a perfect gentleman, and an artist to his very finger's ends. We are lucky fellows in the R.A. in having had such a one ready to our hands. I think that under him a new era begins, one of artistic dignity and considerateness. May he live long to preside over us!
