Mr Trist of Brighton writes to complain warmly that he has not received his little picture by Mason tho' Captain Hill of that town has all his pictures back. How does this happen? It does not seem to have been well managed. I was assured everything would be returned before Xmas.
Please write me a line & if possible activez the return of the painting.
