Thank you for your prompt reply to my note. it was not till after I had written that i was informed that canvassing was prohibited. this, and friendship, are my excuses for writing.
I shall be charmed to see you if you do me the favour to call. But you will alas! interrupt no 'labours'. I am a cripple with rheumatism in my knee and cannot leave my sofa. It is a great trial to me.
