DescriptionLetter to Marion Sambourne from her brother Edgar Herapath, thanking her for the New Year almanack, he may come up to London soon but Sophy has a good deal to do here [at Ravendale Hall], they hunt three days a week, Fitzroy [Herapath] was supposed to come tomorrow but he has just undergone a small operation and is staying at Maud's, they are hugely busy about the elections, hopes she is not worrying more than she can help as he expects that Punch will offer Lin[ley] a pension, recommends that she gets rid of the stables as that would save £300 a year, they are having a children's party the day after tomorrow.
