DescriptionLetter to Marion Sambourne from her daughter Maud, saying her letter arrived that morning, she went down to the drawing room yesterday afternoon and stayed until after dinner, a large party set out for Balcombe House yesterday and all were delighted with the place, she agrees with Nurse Millie that her illness has done a lot for her with the Messels as they are now all so kind to her, promises that there will always be a room for her at Balcombe and that she must look upon it as a second home.
