DescriptionLetter to Marion Sambourne from her daughter Maud, saying they went to the English church that morning and heard an excellent sermon, they are now waiting for the Hohlers who did not arrive yesterday, fears Mr Hohler is very ill again, the British Consul Mr Churchill called that morning and has invited her to tea, hopes she has all she wants at Balcombe, the hotel is crammed but there are few young people, the men all shout and so there is always a lot of noise.
