DescriptionOver-mantel and pelmet of red wool plush. Valence nailed with decorative brass stud zig-zag nailing across the front mantel of a wooden board, that sits on top of the fireplace mantel. Trimmed with a tufted wool fringe bundles, depth 30mms. It appears to have originally been gold in colour. It is stitched to the lower edge of the mantel valance.
