| Description | Cloth bound photograph album, entitled 'Spain Volume 4.' Inscribed on flyleaf by Edward Linley Sambourne, artist, 'The Photographs in this, & the Preceding [sic] three volumes were taken during a trip to the Spanish Peninsular. [sic] Leaving London 17 March 1907 & returning 22 April 1907. See Preface Volume 1. They were all taken, Developed [sic] and elarged by myself, Linley Sambourne February 1909.' Linley records the date and location of each photograph. Includes a postcard inscribed 'From Victoria Messel. Here are the other two volumes.' |
