School Attendance Team

We work collaboratively with Westminster schools to promote good attendance and reduce absence by acting early to address patterns of absence. As a team we achieve this by working alongside colleagues across Bi-Borough Children and Family Services.

As part of the core offer, we hold Targeting Support Meetings and attendance consultations, deliver training sessions and host network events. We also process penalty notice referrals for unauthorised absence and escalate cases to prosecution.
