Three-quarter length, standing female figure, facing the viewer. The figure is in classical drapery. The head is tilted to the left of the canvas. The figure's hands are clasped to the side of the right cheek. The figure has long hair which is tied up and is in classical dress. The background shows an decorative wall hanging, embroidery or rug.
