In the Conference and Events Section of the Royal Borough we aim to provide high quality services, however like any other organisation, things can go wrong from time to time. If you think we have let you down, please tell us, in order to give us the opportunity to put things right.

We value our customers comments as they allow us to monitor and review both our own services and those of our service providers in order to prevent similar problems in the future.
