Council Chamber
- a stepped central (fixed) seating area feature individual leather swivel chair seating to 70
- each position has its own microphone and leather topped desk area
- the Gallery contains an additional 54 fixed seats and a further 51 chairs can be added if required
- accessible toilets are located in the entrance foyer which features large glass doors to the Council Chamber itself
Mayoral Suite
- each room has its own access and is self-contained
- paneled mahogany walls and doors provide a feature throughout
- large windows and plush carpeting make this a sumptuous and bright suite
Committee Rooms
- each room has large windows
- flip charts, slide/overhead projects and screens are available
- all Committee Rooms are fully accessible
Plasma Screens
- one located in the Great/Small Hall lobby allows event title, logo's and such like to be displayed for each event
- another, within the Civic Reception, details all the meeting within the Committee Rooms and Council Chamber
