FRIDAY 19 FEBRUARY 2016: MUSEUM LATE & LIVE MUSIC with

Phelan Burgoyne trio performing live Leighton Suite for Jazz Ensemble

As part of the public events programme for Pre-Raphaelites on Paper. Victorian Drawings from the Lanigan Collection, Phelan's band will be performing a selection of originals by Burgoyne, all inspired by Lord Leighton and his global travels. The trio will be recording an album in late February featuring these compositions which will hopefully be released by the summer of 2016 in time for a series of concerts in London and Switzerland. 

Performances at 6:30-7:15pm & 7:45 - 8:30pm in Leighton's studio

Regrettably there is no step-free, or wheelchair access to any part of the house.

Due to the fragile nature of the building and current copyright restrictions, we limit the amount of photography in the museum. However, applications for photography for educational and research purposes are considered. More information about Photography in the Museum.
