The tours discuss highlights of the temporary exhibition, Alma-Tadema: At Home in Antiquity (7 July - 29 October), on display throughout the house as well as an introduction to the life and work of Frederic Leighton. We do not run specialist tours, as such, but if your group has a particular area of interest please do let us know in advance and we will try and tailor the tour accordingly.

The tours are led by one of our expert guides and are available every day apart from Tuesday at either 11am or 2pm

2. SELF-GUIDED VISIT TO LEIGHTON HOUSE MUSEUM

Self-guided groups need to book in advance to visit the exhibition so that we can manage visitor numbers and flow. Self-guided groups will be asked to pay in advance; this will speed up your entry to the museum so you can get straight on with enjoying your visit.

External guides are welcome to give tours in the house; we ask that you ensure there is still access to all the rooms for general visitors.
