Who's Who in the Travel Care Team?

1) Travel Care and Support Team 

Simon is responsible for managing the Travel Care Team. His team makes arrangement with travel providers for home to school transport. They manage the providers, monitor the performance of the services and work to improve the quality and range of services available for children and young people with SEND and their families. The Travel Care Team also oversees the day to day operation of the service liaising with pupils, parents, schools and transport providers.

2) SEN Alternative Travel and Eligibility Team

The SEN Alternative Travel and Eligibility Team are responsbile for processing home to school travel applications, appeals, travel care plans, personal transport budgets and are responsible for the independent travel training programme.
