Statutory Notice for Prescribed Alteration to All Saints Catholic College and Marlborough Primary School

STATUTORY NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 19(3) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to two maintained schools. The proposed alteration is to create and add to Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) from September 2021.

This proposal follows the guidelines set out in Schedule 3 to The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013.

The proposal changes are to :

1. establish new SRP for up to 12 students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for speech, language and communication needs, including autism at All Saints Catholic College (ASCC)

2. increase the number of places at Marlborough by 8, from 12 to 20.

Any person may comment on this proposal. Comments should be received no later than Friday 9th July 2021, exactly four weeks after the publication of the proposal.
