We Asked: What does ‘fairer’ mean to you? Do you think the Council’s ideas will work?

You Said: Fairer means having the same opportunities as others and being treated in an equal way. You had ideas of what the Council should do, such as offering more work experience and internships to young people, advertising things online and physically in public spaces, and going into schools more to tell young people about websites and surveys.

We Did: Your feedback was shared with the Corporate Strategy Team who have used it to inform the actions in the Council’s Fairer Action Plan for 2025-29.
