Monthly Headcount dates

Funding is administered on a termly basis and is set out in the table below:

For settings open for less than 38 weeks, the funding will need to be adjusted accordingly.  It is the provider’s responsibility to inform the Childcare and Early Education Team how many weeks the setting is open throughout the year and update the Tribal system to reflect the number of weeks.  Please ensure you enter the exact dates a child is able to access their entitlement at your setting.  Incorrect dates provided may result in incorrect payments.  Do not use the default dates on the system if your setting is open less than 38 weeks.
