Online Referral Portal Forms Now Available: The online Referral Portal forms are now available and can be completed as usual.

The Social Care Portal is a new digital solution which has replaced our previous email referral process. It is a shared site with Westminster Children’s Services, but any referrals made using the referral button below will only be submitted to Kensington and Chelsea.

To make a referral online via the Social Care Portal, use the button below to complete the RBKC Early Help Referral Form.

Please note:

For Child in Need and Child Protection referrals, you would need to use the RBKC Family Services Referral form instead. Or contact the Social Care team on:

Completing your referral form

For security reasons, we advise against using a public computer to complete the form as it may expose your personal details or those of the person you are referring.

If there is no activity on the form for more than 20 minutes, any progress will be lost, and you will need to start again.

Some sections of the form are mandatory to complete to ensure we receive all the information we need for a referral to be processed.

After completion, click the 'Submit' button. You will have be able to save, print, and download a copy of the form. You will be emailed a copy of the completed referral for your records. If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail.

To protect personal information, click the 'Close' button and close the browser completely after you have finished.
