We Asked: How can we make Section A easier and more enjoyable for you to complete?

You Said: Lots of different ideas of how we can change it, including changing some of the more difficult words, adding colour and symbols, and changing the structure to make it feel less like ‘a hospital form’.

We Did: Created some different materials to support young people to contribute to their EHCPs, including a form with symbols, talking mats, and a form for secondary school and post-16.
