Help your family stay active and healthy

Change4Life Kensington and Chelsea encourages and supports children, young people and families across Kensington and Chelsea to make healthy lifestyle choices, making it easier for children and young people to eat well and be active. Children are recommended to be physically active for at least 60 minutes every day, with 30 minutes of that activity taking place outside of school. It’s important to eat healthily and look after our own and others’ wellbeing.
