We Asked: Would you like to be on an interview panel to help us choose new SEND leadership roles?
You Said: Yes – “it was really hard choosing who was the best candidate because both were patient, kind, friendly and both would be good at doing the job. But now I know when I go for interviews, that if I don't get the job, it’s not because I was bad, just someone was better.”
We Did: We recruited and trained 2 different interview panels of young people to interview for the roles of Principal Educational Psychologist and Head of SEN Assessment and Resolution.
