The Kensington and Chelsea Family Information Hub is managed by the Family Information Service and the SEND Local Offer teams at Kensington and Chelsea council.
If you offer a service for expectant parents, parents/carers, children under the age of 19 (under 25 if they have a disability), or for professionals working with families, you may be able to promote your service for free on our Family Information Hub.
For this, your service or provision must meet the following criteria:
-
be based and/or offered locally: Kensington and Chelsea and/or Westminster.
-
be suitable for expectant parents, parents or carers, children up to age 19 (or to 25 for those with special needs or disabilities), or for professionals working with families.
-
be free or low-cost to local residents - with the exception of childcare provision, including nurseries, childminders, nursery classes in schools, breakfast/after-school and holiday clubs, and independent or private schools
-
childcare and education provision must be registered - with Ofsted, with the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), or with a regulated childcare agency – unless the service or provision is exempt from registration.
-
be inclusive and accessible to all.
Please note that the council does not endorse any commercial products or services and reserves the right to reject, edit, moderate, remove or delete any content on this website at our absolute discretion.
The following guide provides guidance on how to register so you can create a profile for your organisation and the service/s you provide. It also offers guidance on how to sign in once your account has been created so you can amend your record and keep it always up-to-date.
However, if you are unable to do this yourself, please contact a member of the team for support by emailing: [email protected].
