We are accessible to those with a registered GP in the Boroughs of:
- Brent
- Harrow
- Hillingdon
- Kensington & Chelsea
- Westminster
- Milton Keynes (out of hours).
SPA can provide help and support in a crisis.
In an urgent situation, patients may refer themselves; or referrals can be made on their behalf by family members, friends, GP’s, Teachers etc.
It is best to make such a call in the presence of the patient, so they can be put on the line if required.

How do you access this service? What is the referral process?
CYPOT accepts referrals from health and educational professionals and parents.
Health and educational professionals need to ensure that at least 2 functional difficulties are identified on referrals (e.g. changing for PE at school, using cutlery to eat at lunchtime, or using hands effectively to access and use toys/school tools).
