Neighbourhood Doulas: Online Healthy Lifestyles Perinatal Programme
Actions
We’re proud to continue our wellbeing programme for pregnant residents this September.
Funded by Public Health England, our free 6-week interactive Healthy Lifestyles course is designed to support the physical and mental wellbeing of pregnant residents through engaging activities and practical tips.
This programme provides a safe, supportive space for participants to share their experiences, explore healthy lifestyle choices, and set SMART goals for a healthier pregnancy. Each session encourages peer-to-peer support and the opportunity to build lasting connections with others on a similar journey.
Weekly Topics Include:
- Healthy Habits – Healthy Minds
- Pregnancy Yoga
- Nutrition in Pregnancy
- Live Online Cooking Session – preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Thriving in the Fourth Trimester
- Celebration of Achievements
Participants will explore the benefits of structured goal setting, while reviewing both short- and long-term personal goals in a collaborative and friendly environment.
