We’re excited to invite service users to our Perinatal Hub — a fully-funded antenatal course.
Kensington & Chelsea pregnant residents can join us face-to-face in W10. All other UK pregnant residents can join us online through Zoom.
Our classes are completely free and accessible to those who do not have access to private antenatal classes.
The 5-Week Course Covers:
- Know Your Options – Birth rights and informed choices
- Birth Should Not Be Fear Based – Positive birth preparation
- Mindfulness & Mental Health Tools – Emotional wellbeing support
- Information & Decision Making – Building confidence through knowledge
- Confident Parenting & Postnatal Awareness – Preparing for life after birth
These sessions are trauma-informed, inclusive, and designed to complement NHS care. Those attending receive vital education and support that empowers them through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
