ERIC, The Children’s Bowel & Bladder Charity: Toilet and potty training
Actions
ERIC, The Children’s Bowel & Bladder Charity, provides information for families on potty and toilet training.
Potty training:
The Let's Go Potty approach is made up of 3 steps, preparation to use the potty, practising potty skills before eventually stopping using nappies as your child gains confidence.
You can find further information and support on potty training on the potty training page.
Toilet training:
Parents and carers can sign up online to receive weekly newsletters for 6 weeks which provide advice and information on how to help children get toilet trained and ready for school.
The service also offers support via email and on their helpline.
