Mindfulness offers us the ability to step back and observe our thoughts and emotions without getting swept away by them. Over the course you will be given easy-to-use tools to learn how to use mindfulness to stay grounded during difficult moments, respond to your baby/unborn baby with greater patience and empathy, and build stronger emotional connections.
