Man Cave provides a safe environment for young men to discuss a range of issues, where they can express themselves honestly and openly to support their understanding of particular topics, to improve their own wellbeing, and relationships they have with others.
The programme is delivered in two age-specific groups to ensure activities and discussions are appropriate for different stages of development: Junior Man Cave for males aged 8–12 and Senior Man Cave for young men aged 14–19 (up to 25 for young people with SEND).
While both programmes share the same core aims, each is tailored to the needs, experiences and interests of its age group.
Registration is required to access the service and can be completed on the first visit.
