This service is a culturally skilled mental health service for African and Caribbean and Arabic speaking adults aged 18+ who have severe and/or enduring mental health needs. 

The aim of the service is to promote recovery, social inclusion, and reduce dependence on mental health services. This includes a strong focus on helping service users to maximise their independence and wellbeing and to access employment and training. 

Activities at the Oremi Centre include the Hearing Voices Group, the Social Group, Sewing Club, the Walking Group, yoga and mindfulness. 

Referrals must be made via community teams with Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. All referals must come with a risk assessment/ care plan. For more information and a referral form, please the contact details below.
