Our children’s classes focus on strong foundations first in balance, coordination, shapes, rolls, jumps, flexibility, and strength, before progressing to more complex skills.
Children are grouped by age and ability to ensure safe and confident progression.
Classes are ideal for children new to gymnastics or looking to develop confidence and coordination.
Classes run across our three locations and must be booked in advance:
Park Walk Primary School (SW3/SW10) - Monday and Thursday
St Philip's Church (W8) - Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
More House School (SW1X) - Wednesday
