Rhyme and Move is a fun and energetic session to get under 5s (and their parents/carers) active.
These sessions are run in partnership with Change4Life and Health Education Partnership and will provide information on how to maintain a healthy level of activity outside of the sessions too.
Each session involves songs, rhymes, toys/objects, and an interactive story to get everyone involved up and moving.
Places are limited. Book your place in advance so you don't miss out!
1 ticket per child attending. (1 adult included with the child ticket).
