Nursery provision

The school offers nursery provision. Funded places available for eligible children.

This setting is registered to accept the Early Education and Childcare funded hours for:

• 15 hours 3 & 4 year olds (all children)

• 30 hours 3 & 4 year olds (working families)

Wraparound care / clubs information:

Breakfast club: Yes

We offer a Breakfast Club that is open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am - 8:45am. Our Breakfast Club costs just £1.50 a day, per child. Hot Food is served until 8:30am and only Cereal is available after this time.

The role of our breakfast club is wider than the provision of food; we also provide a calm and safe environment before school, helping to develop social skills and provide the opportunity for additional learning through ‘play’ activities. It is also a structured time where children can complete homework.

After school club: Yes

Our Teatime and After School Care provision is available not just to children at St Francis of Assisi but to other local children in other local schools and nurseries, aged 3-11.

As an after school care provider we aim to:
- Support our local community by providing a high quality after school care service.

- Provide opportunities for fun, enjoyment and learning through a range of age - appropriate activities.

- Provide a safe environment in which children are encouraged to develop social, personal and recreational skills under the supervision of experienced and qualified staff.

Here are St Francis of Assisi School, we offer an exciting and varied range of extra curricula activities. We believe that extra curricular activities supplement school learning and prepares our children in the 'Art of Living and Working Together'.  We keep our clubs programme fresh and exciting by introducing new and exciting clubs from time to time.
