Local Area Coordinators can help support adults who are looking to:
- take steps to live healthier
- develop relationships and community networks
- find opportunities to develop their skills and get into employment
Instead of assessing or intervening, Local Area Coordinators walk alongside you to help you develop your own capabilities, resources, and community networks. They can also support you in accessing formal supports and services.
How to request support:
They are available to everyone living in that area through a simple introduction, with no referral or time limit.
Local Area Coordination is currently available in the Chelsea Riverside and Golborne areas. Please check the Chelsea Riverside map and Golborne area map to see if you can access support.
